FlowLine Privacy Policy

Our Commitment to Privacy FlowLine is built with privacy as a core principle. Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

Data Storage All data you enter in FlowLine — including your daily objectives, mood entries, evening reviews, and focus sessions — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not operate any servers or databases that store your personal data. Your information never leaves your iPhone.

No Account Required FlowLine does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the app.

No Analytics or Tracking FlowLine does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your usage patterns, location, or any other behavioral data.

Subscription & Purchases FlowLine offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to verify your subscription status. No personal data is shared with RevenueCat.

Face ID / Touch ID If you enable biometric authentication, FlowLine uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Your biometric data is processed entirely on-device by Apple's Secure Enclave. FlowLine never accesses, stores, or transmits your biometric data.

Widget The FlowLine widget displays your daily objectives on your home screen. This data is shared between the app and the widget using a local App Group on your device. No data is transmitted externally.

Notifications If you enable reminders, FlowLine schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are processed entirely on-device and do not involve any external servers.

Data Deletion Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all FlowLine data at any time by deleting the app from your device. No data will remain on any server because none was ever transmitted.

Children's Privacy FlowLine does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.

Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app with an updated date. Continued use of FlowLine after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
